Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, generating leads, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.  Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.  Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.  Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services.  Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.  Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.  Handle customer objections and questions professionally and confidently.  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or after-sales support.  Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions to the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,238.73 - ₹28,331.87 per month
