About the Role:

Python / Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

  Python

  .
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile platforms.
• Work with databases such as

  PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

  , or

  Redis

  .
• Develop and deploy

  microservices

  and integrate with front-end systems.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–8 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and frameworks like

  Django, Flask, or FastAPI

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data structures, algorithms

  , and

  OOP concepts

  .
• Experience working with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  .
• Familiarity with

  Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Knowledge of

  API design best practices

  and

  microservices architecture

  .

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  Celery, Kafka, or RabbitMQ

  for asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with

  GraphQL

  or

  gRPC

  APIs.
• Understanding of

  DevOps tools

  and

  monitoring frameworks

  (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Basic knowledge of

  frontend integration

  and

  REST standards

  .
