Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Python Developer - Generative AI to join our team at Devkraft! As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop design solutions and task specifications

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions

- Write unit tests with complete code coverage and perform dev testing

to minimize bug slippages

- Collaborate with team members, project managers, and stakeholders

to ensure requirements are met.

- Follow project schedules and software development processes.

- Provide support for UAT activities and production support, including

defect fixes.

- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global team members and customers

Technical Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in web development using Python and Django.

- Experience with Generative AI, LLM, Langchain, and RAG.

- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).

- Understanding of microservices and SOA architecture.

- Familiarity with software best practices like TDD and CI

Nice to Have:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like

NodeJS, AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Knowledge of object caches like Memcached and Redis.

- Experience with designing, tuning, and optimizing SQL queries and

caching strategies.

- Experience with building distributed, asynchronous task systems.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, especially EMR, EC2, S3)
