Job Description

Job Title: Python Developer Generative AI

Experience Required

5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2+ years working with Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and API integrations. Experience in architectural decision-making and leading small teams is a strong plus.

Role Overview

end-to-end GenAI-powered solutions

You will work across the development lifecycle — from design, build, testing, debugging, and deployment — collaborating closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Development:
Build and maintain GenAI-powered applications using Python (beyond Jupyter notebooks) and modern frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask/Django.
GenAI Integration:
Work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search using APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, O'lama, Mysteral).
On-Premise LLM Hosting:
Contribute to setup, fine-tuning, and ongoing support for self-hosted or enterprise LLM deployments.
Microservices Engineering:
Design and implement resilient microservices with tracing, fallbacks, latency optimization, and monitoring.
Deployment & Production Support:
Write Dockerfiles, assist with Kubernetes deployments, set up CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth environment progression.
Production Readiness:
Implement logging, tracing, debugging, and black-box testing strategies to ensure reliability in live environments.
Collaboration:
Partner with product, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Python Development:
Production-grade coding experience (not just notebooks).
API & Microservices:
Strong expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
GenAI Tools:
Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning:
Ability to design prompts, mitigate hallucinations, and tune LLMs for business use cases.
Cloud & Deployment:
Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Production Support:
Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and support applications in live environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
LLMOps tools
(MLflow, Weights & Biases, Trulens, PromptLayer).
Exposure to
multi-modal GenAI
(text, image, audio).
Understanding of
Agentification
,
MCP (Multi-Context Protocol)
, and
code conversion tools
.
Contributions to open-source projects or building internal developer tooling.
