Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on Python, Django, or Flask

Explain concepts with practical, real-world examples

Prepare assignments, exercises, and mini-projects for students

Assist students with doubt-solving and code reviews

Guide students in building complete portfolio-ready projects

Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment

Required Skills & Experience

Python fundamentals

Django or Flask

Good understanding of:

MVT/MVC architecture

REST APIs

SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals

Git/GitHub workflows

Excellent communication and teaching skills

Prior mentoring or training experience is preferred (not mandatory)
