Job Overview:

We seek a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will develop high-performance APIs, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining code quality and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs

● Implement efficient database solutions (SQL/NoSQL)

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

● Write clean, maintainable code following best practices

● Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams

● Mentor junior team members when needed

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

● 3-5 years of backend development experience

● Strong proficiency in Python

● Knowledge of FastAPI, Django, DRF

● Expertise in RESTful API development

● Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

● Knowledge of microservices architecture

● Strong OOP concepts and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have:

● Familiarity with third-party API integrations

● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

● Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
