Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in creating tools powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that leverage AI to automate business workflows and enable agentic processes. This role requires a strong background in Python development, familiarity with LLMs, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience :-

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of backend development experience, with a focus on Python
Minimum 1 year of experience in machine learning or data science
Proficiency in Python programming and building workflows that leverage LLMs
Hands-on experience working with LLMs, particularly in designing evaluation benchmarks for LLM-based agents.
Proficiency in scripting and automation in UNIX/Linux environments
Solid understanding of Git, and version control workflows
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Passion for working with data and exploring innovative AI technologies.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and basic DevOps principles is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Roo Code, Synaptic, ChatGPT, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot is an advantage

Key Responsibilities :-

Design and implement Python-based tools powered by LLMs to automate workflows and enhance productivity across the team
Develop scripts and applications to address business requirements and optimize operations
Ensure the health, performance, reliability, and scalability of tools, databases, and workflows you develop
Debug and proactively resolve issues to guarantee seamless functioning
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical expertise to support and improve agentic workflows leveraging tools such as Roo Code, Synaptic, ChatGPT, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot
Stay up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and AI technologies to identify and integrate new solutions that drive efficiency
