About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Python Content Curator Lead

to oversee the creation, review, and optimization of technical learning content for Python and related technologies. This role involves leading a team of content developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to build industry-relevant learning paths, assessments, and projects for enterprise upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of content developers and SMEs to deliver high-quality Python learning content.
• Curate and review content such as MCQs, coding challenges, hands-on labs, assessments, and real-world projects.
• Ensure content accuracy, technical depth, and alignment with industry standards and client needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to structure learning journeys and competency maps.
• Research and stay updated with the latest Python advancements, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Implement strong quality checks and standardization across all content formats.
• Own project timelines, content release plans, and stakeholder communication.
• Train and upskill team members on content best practices and emerging Python technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Python development, Python content creation, or technical curriculum design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, OOPs, DS & Algo, problem-solving, debugging, and industry-relevant applications.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI (added advantage).
• Proven experience in team leadership or team handling.
• Experience creating coding problems, assessments, quizzes, and structured learning modules.
• Strong understanding of EdTech content standards and learner-centric design.
• Excellent communication, review, and documentation skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in AI/ML, Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts, or API development.
• Exposure to LMS/learning platforms or enterprise learning products.
• Prior experience working in EdTech, corporate training, or tech upskilling environments.
