Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in
Python
development, including frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Hands-on experience with
AI/ML frameworks
(e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
Proven experience working with
LLMs
(fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases).
Strong proficiency with
Azure Cloud Services
Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
Experience in
API development, microservices
, and
event-driven architectures
.
Familiarity with
MLOps
and
data pipeline
best practices.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
AI Agents

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Conversational AI
architectures.
Exposure to
vector databases
(Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
Knowledge of
prompt optimization
