You will play a key role in developing server-side logic, designing APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with frontend teams to deliver end-to-end web solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend logic and business processes using Python. Design and build RESTful APIs endpoints for frontend integration. Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. Implement authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT). Ensure security, scalability, and performance of web applications. Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of backend development experience using Python. Strong expertise in Flask, FastAPI, or Django. Experience developing APIs and integrating with third-party services. Solid understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON, CORS, and middleware. Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience working with version control systems (Git). Understanding of Docker, virtual environments, and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST integration with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, FastAPI). Knowledge of Celery or other task queues. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Working knowledge of AWS, Heroku, or other cloud deployment platforms.
