Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer with strong automation exposure in Ansible to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building reliable backend services and supporting infrastructure automation in a Linux-based environment.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in Python backend development, including building and maintaining scalable services and APIs
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and server environments
• Strong problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ansible Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience working with Ansible automation in real project environments

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Create and manage automation playbooks using Ansible
• Support deployment, configuration, and automation activities in Linux environments
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure stable and scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding and security practices
