Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and developing embedded systems using C and C++. Your expertise in operations will be vital in optimizing processes and ensuring seamless integration. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts contributing significantly to the companys technological advancements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement embedded software solutions using C and C++ to enhance system functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware components ensuring seamless operation.
Analyze and optimize existing code to improve efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and stability in various operational environments.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and practices.
Document software designs specifications and processes to maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
Work closely with operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all software development activities.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.
Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming languages essential for developing robust software solutions.
Demonstrate experience in operations enabling effective collaboration with teams to optimize processes and achieve business goals.
Strong command of Python with hands-on experience in Pytest or similar frameworks.
Basic electronics knowledge including handling and interfacing with PCBs.
Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating system
Exposure to version control and configuration tools: Git Bitbucket Artifactory.
Experience with Jenkins pipelines JobDSL scripting and CI/CD automation.
Experience working with tools like DOORS Pure Variance.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
