Position Title: Python Developer(AI)

Location: Trivandrum/Pune

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with strong Python expertise to contribute to a wide

range of AI and agentic automation use cases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Python, familiar with PyTest, and excited to work on next-generation AI solutions that

combine LLMs, tool use, and autonomous task execution. The role also provides

opportunities to work with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), develop APIs, and contribute

to building intelligent, agent-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance AI and Agentic AI solutions using advanced Python

capabilities, enabling autonomous workflows, tool integrations, and

orchestration logic.

• Implementation of platform applications including interfaces and

authentication (FastAPI,Pydantic,working with Redis/Postgres ,

HTTP/WebSockets, optionalRAG&pgvector and Langgraph)

• Design and execute test frameworks using PyTest, Langfuse to validate

model behaviour, workflows, and agent-driven processes.

• Building and integrating MCP Server / Clients

• Docker/Helm packaging and AKS deployment

• Build modular components for LLM-powered agents such as skill modules,

memory handlers, reasoning chains, and decision engines.

• Observability hooks (Structlog, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse traces) baked into

code

• Integrate AI and agentic capabilities with existing applications, APIs, and

enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, architects,

and domain SMEs -to design, refine, and deploy AI/Agentic features in real

business workflows.

• Optimize performance of AI workloads, ensuring reliability, scalability, and

robustness across cloud or hybrid environments. (AsyncIO, Redis caching,

tokenusage optimization)

• Experienced in FHIR standards and AzureHealthDataServices is preferred.

Requirements:

Must-Have

• Python:Advanced proficiency with hands-on experience in designing efficient,

scalable code. Strong ability in problem solving, automation, data processing,

and API workflows.

• PyTest: Basic experience with writing and executing unit tests; understanding

of test-driven development.

• AI/LLM Fundamentals: Understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt

engineering basics, and workflow orchestration using Python.

Good-to-Have

• Agentic AI Development:

Experience or interest in frameworks enabling agentic behaviour (e.g., LangChain,

LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or custom orchestrators).

Ability to create multi-step reasoning chains, tool integrations, memory components,

and autonomous task execution flows.

• Cloud Computing:

Familiarity with cloud platforms; hands-on exposure to AI solution deployment is a

plus.

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Claude LLM, Azure ML, Functions, API Management, or

related cloud-native services.

• APIs:

Experience designing, developing, or consuming RESTful APIs to integrate

AI/agentic components with enterprise systems.

• ML/AI Frameworks:

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or classical ML libraries is an

advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI development or a related area,

demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful AI projects.

• Experience with additional tools and frameworks relevant to AI and machine learning,

such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, is a plus..
