We are seeking a highly motivated Training Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves creating comprehensive training programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Design and curate training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online content.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific departmental needs.
Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in training and development or a related role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
