Community Engagement & Outreach Organize and execute outreach programs, eye check-up camps, and school/college/CSR tie-ups. Build relationships with RWAs, corporate offices, schools, and senior citizen groups. 3. Referral Network Building Develop and nurture a network of referring doctors, optometrists, and clinics. Regularly visit and engage with general practitioners and local medical professionals. 4. Branding & Promotions Coordinate with designers/vendors for creation of brochures, flyers, banners, and signages. Monitor and enhance hospitals presence across local directories and digital listings. 5. Internal Communication & Patient Experience Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to align patient communication strategies. 6. Reporting & Budget Management Maintain marketing dashboards and generate periodic performance reports. Track marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
