Purchasing Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management:

  Purchase IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.

• Vendor Relations:

  Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure optimal deals.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain accurate records of IT contract entitlements.

• Contract Management:

  Oversee the lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with IT and other departments to understand needs and provide procurement support.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience:

  7–8+ years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Expertise in IT categories:

  Software, Managed Services, Hardware, Network, Telecom

• Extensive experience with

• Strong

  negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English
