Embrace the freedom and flexibility to showcase your skills and create an impact while collaborating with some of today's most innovative minds to shape the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size within the Purchasing function. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Oversee cost reduction projects and supply risk mitigations. - Demonstrate knowledge of project management and a strong understanding of the Purchasing function. **Qualifications Required:** - Lead multiple projects from start to finish, including facilitating project planning sessions, setting goals, designing project plans, and tracking performance against objectives. - Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members. - Monitor and communicate project status to the team and stakeholders. - Manage project budget, conduct research and analysis, and contribute to project plan design and development. - Mitigate project risks by using quality tools, identifying alternatives, and sharing team learnings for project success. - Maintain project documentation, databases, and records while monitoring and communicating project status to stakeholders. - Allocate appropriate resources for project tasks, guide team members, and provide developmental feedback. **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
