The role of Purchasing Engineer is a full-time on-site position located in Haora. As a Purchasing Engineer, your main responsibilities will include managing purchasing processes, planning purchases, and handling purchase orders. Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring timely delivery schedules, and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers. Your role will also focus on optimizing procurement costs and upholding quality standards. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning. Experience in handling and processing Purchase Orders is essential. Strong analytical skills are required for efficient procurement and market analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for successful collaboration with suppliers. The ability to work independently as well as within a team is important for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the metals industry would be considered a plus.,
