Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, generating and managing purchase orders, and handling procurement tasks. The role also includes effective communication with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Assistant will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchasing Processes and Procurement
• Skills in generating and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Purchasing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or mechanical systems industry is a plus
