Key Responsibilities:

· Purchase Order creation ~ 10 / day minimum

· Update management the details of Purchase Request created by him/her using inhouse tools and Advanced Excel

· If the Purchase request is not fulfilling any basic requirements, then connect with Engineers and get all the relevant data

Qualifications, Experience & skills:

Mandatory skills, competencies & certifications:

(Education, Experience, Software / Tools, Etc.)

German Language to manageable technical conversation

Excel Advance

Understanding Quotation from Suppliers

Convert Quotation to Purchase Request

Understanding downstream process of Purchasing with Purchasers and approval with management

Understanding some of the practical challenges between Requestors, Purchasers and Approvers

Deep understating of all the Purchase related nomenclatures both English and German (Angebot, Abladestelle, Warengruppe, Lieferdatum,Wunschlieferant, Festlieferant, Wareneingang, Wareneingang etc.,)

Good Team player

Good Communication (both English & German) and interpersonal skills

Proactiveness in communication to support the organization to get the PO on time within specific SLA
