Purchase Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Team lead to oversee and manage the purchase of medicines from multiple vendors across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor list for medicine purchase across West Bengal.
Handle team supervision and performance management of purchase executives and support staff.
Coordinate closely with the finance, store, and operations teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the purchase department within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proven team handling experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
