We Requires Purchase Person at Vile Parle.

Position: Purchase Executive / Officer / Manager

Location: Vile Parle

Job Profile :-

* Forecasting required materials using both constant & trend models with special consideration to current consumption & future trends,developing key procurement schedules for commodities as per all contractual needs in local and international market

* Assessing the performance of vendors based on quality improvement percentage, payments, pending orders & credit; negotiating with them to procure essential materials at reasonable price & quality for business consolidation

* Maintaining stock level by rejecting materials found non-conforming and collaborating with suppliers to identify a course of action for satisfactory disposition of disclosed ones

* Interfacing with the Production Department to sustain optimum inventory & Finance Department for payment of bills

* Executing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses

* Formulating reports on procurement and usage of material for top management

* Identifying vendors based on the criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery and so on and running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stakeholders

* In case of urgency need to visit khopoli workshop

Working Days : Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 5.30 working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
