Job Title: Purchase Manager
Experience: 5-6 Years
Industry: Corporate Gifting / Merchandise
Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiation, and timely procurement of gifting products for client orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure gifting products, merchandise, electronics, apparel, and custom items. Identify and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. Maintain quality standards, review samples, and ensure timely approvals. Coordinate with sales, design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution. Maintain purchase records, cost sheets, inventory planning, and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
Strong vendor network and sourcing experience (domestic & international preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of corporate gifting trends and product options. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic ERP tools. Ability to multitask and handle tight timelines.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
