Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement purchase strategies for groceries, vegetables, disposables, and housekeeping items. Identify and onboard reliable vendors; manage vendor performance and resolve quality or delivery issues. Monitor market trends and forecast pricing to optimize procurement planning. Ensure quality control, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation. Lead and develop a team of Purchase Executives. Coordinate closely with restaurants and central kitchen for delivery and inventory management. Requirements: At least 10 years experience in hotel or hospitality procurement. Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, forecasting, and ERP systems. Knowledge of seasonal produce and sourcing locations.
