Job Description

You will be responsible for procurement activities at Global Calcium Pvt Ltd located in Hosur. Your main duties will include sourcing raw materials, solvents, lab chemicals, glassware, lab equipment, production consumables, and developing new vendor relationships. Additionally, you will be in charge of procuring IT requirements, printing items, stationary, housekeeping supplies, PPEs, safety items, and other production consumables. Your tasks will involve sending inquiries to suppliers, preparing comparative statements, negotiating terms, and obtaining approval for purchase orders. You will also be required to update AMC contracts with timely approvals, prepare purchase orders, and maintain detailed records in excel format including PR, PO, dispatch details, and receipts. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing transporter bills, matching them with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and arranging necessary quality assurance documents to meet audit requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a qualification of Any Graduate (B.Com/BSc.) and possess strong procurement and organizational skills.,
