Job Description

Position:

Job Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with Factory requirement - RM / PM / goods & others requirement.
Research potential vendors, negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
Conduct market research to identify pricing trend and Clearing the outstanding of the vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with production, QA, finance, and planning teams.
Procure APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and formulations as per production needs.
Strong knowledge of Pharmacopeial Grades, and Pharmaceutical Regulatory requirements.
Prepare cost analysis.
Follow up with the supplier as needed.
Update internal database with order details (vendors , quantities & discount).

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
8 to 12 years of pharma purchase experience.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and ERP skills.
Knowledge of pharma regulations and global sourcing.
Must have experience in procuring Raw Material, Packaging material.
Strong communication and team handling skills.
Must be comfortable working from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
