Job Description : Procurement Management : Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of materials, goods, or services. Supplier Relationship : Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Cost Control : Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and discounts with suppliers to control costs and improve margins. Inventory Management : Ensure proper stock levels and maintain relationships with inventory management teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Order Processing : Monitor and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues related to delays or damaged goods. Quality Control : Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications set by the company. Budget Management : Work with finance teams to develop and manage procurement budgets. Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and new suppliers to ensure the best deals. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits. Collaboration : Work closely with the finance, logistics, and operations teams to align on procurement needs and strategies.
