Experience Required

  • 6 – 8 Years

    for DME candidates

  • 10 – 12 Years

    Purchase Department in Tool Manufacturing Company

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute company-wide purchasing strategies
  • Lead the procurement team and define departmental KPIs
  • Set goals, track performance, and drive procurement excellence

2. Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers
  • Build strong long-term relationships with existing vendors
  • Manage contracts and ensure supplier performance meets company standards

3. Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply terms
  • Achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery timelines

4. Cost & Inventory Management

  • Manage purchasing budgets effectively
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement practices
  • Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock

5. Compliance & Market Analysis

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement norms
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and pricing
  • Analyze procurement data for informed decision-making

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with production, design, store, and finance teams
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services
