Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute company-wide purchasing strategies Lead the procurement team and define departmental KPIs Set goals, track performance, and drive procurement excellence 2. Supplier & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers Build strong long-term relationships with existing vendors Manage contracts and ensure supplier performance meets company standards 3. Negotiation Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply terms Achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery timelines 4. Cost & Inventory Management Manage purchasing budgets effectively Ensure cost-effective procurement practices Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock 5. Compliance & Market Analysis Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement norms Conduct market research to track industry trends and pricing Analyze procurement data for informed decision-making 6.
