Purchase Executive - Purchase will be responsible for
overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuringthat the company acquires goods and services at the best possible prices. This rolerequires strategic planning, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the markettrends to optimise purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimise costs and quality.• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorableterms.• Analyse market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasingdecisions.• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and align purchasingactivities.• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.• Prepare and manage the purchasing budget to ensure adherence to financialtargets.• Lead and mentor the purchasing team to enhance their skills andperformance.• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations inprocurement activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, orrelated field.• Minimum 1+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing management.• Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
