Sri Sai Electroplating Automation Pvt Ltd. is a trusted manufacturer of turnkey electroplating plants, equipment, and metal fabrication systems. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations, vendor development, and supply chain management for our ongoing industrial projects.

Job Description:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing reliable vendors, procuring required materials and components, and ensuring timely delivery to support our production schedules. The candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, and have prior experience in industrial or engineering procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers for various project needs.
• Issue purchase orders and manage procurement for SS, MS, PP sheets, fittings, motors, panels, and accessories related to plating plants and equipment.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and credit terms with vendors.
• Track and monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate with stores and production teams.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and price comparison reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and technical specifications during vendor selection.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and alternative sourcing.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of procurement practices in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in handling sheet metal components, industrial hardware, electrical components, and fabrication materials.
• Good negotiation, vendor evaluation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, purchase software, and basic documentation.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in industrial or project-based purchasing and vendor development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,178.75 - ₹39,276.59 per month
