Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement:Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, requesting quotes, comparing prices, and negotiating contracts.
Inventory Management:Maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
Vendor Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and resolving any issues related to quality or delivery.
Cost Management:Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring purchases stay within budget.
Quality Control:Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards.
Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
Reporting:Preparing reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels.
Market Research:Staying informed about market trends, new products, and potential suppliers.

Essential Skills:

Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiating prices, payment terms, and other contract details.
Analytical Skills: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of Procurement Processes: Understanding the end-to-end procurement process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
