Job Description

As a detail-oriented Purchase Executive, your role involves managing purchasing activities and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices. Your strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and evaluate vendors for sourcing. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers. - Track orders and ensure timely deliveries. - Maintain purchase records and conduct quality checks. - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. - Coordinate with the warehouse for proper storage. - Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software.
