Role & responsibilities Reviewing Purchase Requisitions: Start the day by reviewing purchase requisitions from various departments to identify immediate procurement needs. Supplier Communication: Engage in communication with existing suppliers regarding order statuses, lead times, and any potential issues that require attention. Price Comparison: Research and compare prices from different suppliers to ensure the best value for money without compromising on quality. Order Processing: Process purchase orders promptly, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules. Inventory Check: Check current inventory levels and update records accordingly to maintain adequate stock levels. Follow-Up: Follow up on pending orders, expedite deliveries if necessary, and address any delays or discrepancies promptly. Documentation: Maintain organized documentation of all procurement-related activities, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team at RobotSkull , a leading company in the field of Robotics, Automation, and Electronic Components. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering / BBA / B.Com / Supply Chain Management or relevant field 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase in electronics/engineering industry Proficient in purchase process management , vendor sourcing , rate negotiation , and inventory coordination Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP tools is highly preferred Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills Strong MS Excel, documentation, and email writing skills Knowledge of import procedures and vendor management is an added advantage
