Job Purpose:
To handle procurement of materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices, while ensuring quality and timely delivery to meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and select reliable suppliers and vendors.

Collect quotations and compare prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and terms.
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with the store, accounts, and user departments.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and delivery.
Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or quantity.

Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (BCom / BBA / BA or relevant field).
13 years of purchase or procurement experience.
Knowledge of purchase procedures and vendor management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and ERP software (if applicable).
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
