We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales and product listings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and appealing product listings that enhance customer experience and drive sales. · Catalog Management: · Upload, update, and manage product listings with accurate specifications, images, and pricing. · Ensure all listings meet quality standards for content and SEO. · Vendor Coordination: · Communicate With vendors for stock updates, pricing, and new product onboarding. · Help onboard new vendors and ensure adherence to listing guidelines. · Order Processing & Coordination: · Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery. · Resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth post-sales operations. · Content Optimization: · Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility via keywords, descriptions, and meta content. · Customer Support: · Support in resolving B2B buyer queries related to products, pricing, and procurement.
The desired candidate should be independently able to handle entire accounts function of a growing company. · Well versed with Tally, ERP, GST, TDS, eInvoicing, ERP · Day to day accounting of Sales, Purchases and Expenses Bank, GST reconciliation Managing vendor payments, debit notes Managing customer Billing queries & tracking receivables Filing of GST & TDS returns Preparation of Accounting Records, Financial Statements and Financial Reports · Managing Customers & Vendors queries related to accounts & documentation · Handling online payments
The key responsibility is to expedite the order delivery by closely working with the suppliers and internal teams.
