✅ Job Descriptions Designation: Purchase Executive Department: Purchase Reports to: Purchase Manager Parallel Reports to: Development Head Required qualification: +12 Required experience: Min 3 years Salary Range: 20k Job brief We are looking for a resourceful Purchase Executive with good knowledge of the NCR market for vendor development, procurement activities, and strengthening supplier base. Responsibilities Develop new vendor resources and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the NCR region. Procure materials, components, and services as per company requirements. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Ensure timely follow-up on purchase orders and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and quality checks. Conduct market surveys to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain purchase records and documentation. Travel to vendor sites and markets as required. Support cost reduction initiatives and maintain vendor evaluation records. Follow company policies, safety, and compliance guidelines. Requirements and skills Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or vendor development. Good knowledge of NCR industrial and local markets. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Own bike is mandatory. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email correspondence). Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
