Purchase Executive

Job Summary :

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for executing and overseeing procurement operations, vendor management, and material sourcing at Neuberg Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP systems and a solid background in healthcare or diagnostics procurement. This role demands strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills to ensure seamless supply chain operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day procurement of medical and non-medical supplies using SAP systems.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing while adhering to company procurement policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and inventory needs.
• Monitor vendor performance, track delivery schedules, and proactively resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and transactions within the SAP environment.
• Support internal audits and ensure procurement practices comply with company and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Proficient in SAP MM or equivalent procurement modules.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
