Purchase Executive (MALE)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing and procurement activities which include identifying potential suppliers, evaluating offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials at the best cost. Collaboration with internal departments to understand their procurement needs will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers, and negotiate terms and conditions - Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at the best possible cost - Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers - Analyze pricing proposals and negotiate favorable terms and conditions - Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality - Collaborate with quality control and other departments to ensure purchased items meet specified requirements - Resolve quality issues with suppliers promptly - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions - Prepare and maintain documentation related to purchases - Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in suppliers - Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Proven experience in sourcing and procurement - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in market analysis and cost-saving strategies Additional Company Details: If present in the job description, the additional company details will be included here.,
