Purchase Executive (MALE)

As a Sourcing and Procurement professional, you will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, evaluating offers, and negotiating terms and conditions to ensure timely procurement of quality materials at the best possible cost. In addition, you will collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs. Promptly resolving quality issues with suppliers will be essential to maintain operational efficiency. Effective Documentation is a critical part of the role, as you will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions. You will also prepare and maintain documentation related to purchases to ensure transparency and accountability. Market Analysis will also be a part of your responsibilities, where you will stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in suppliers.
