Position Purchase Executive
Qualification Graduate in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering
Experience
Minimum 02-04 years of relevant experience in Purchase function in manufacturing engineering organization. A purchase Executive is a role focused on expediting and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, often involving follow up with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues in the procurement process. The role may also include tasks related to inventory management and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively is crucial. Organizational Skills: Maintaining detailed records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously requires strong organizational skills.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiating with suppliers to resolve issues and optimize delivery times may be necessary.
Experience with ERP Systems: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
