Job Summary :

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for procuring electronic components and materials from local and international vendors, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Source and purchase electronic components, sensors, ICs, and modules.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
• Keep track of market trends and new product availability.
• Ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing electronic components.
• Strong knowledge of basic electronic parts and modules.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple suppliers efficiently.

Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and performance.
