Purchase Executive

Role: Purchase Executive (consumables & Raw materials)
Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential vendors for consumables and raw materials, evaluating quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to secure the best deals for the company.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing disputes or delivery issues professionally.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in alignment with company requirements.
• Track and follow up on order status, ensuring materials are delivered on time as per schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Production to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Review and verify the quality of received materials in coordination with QC/Production teams.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery, quality, and pricing, and maintain updated supplier records.
• Prepare purchase reports, including order status, price comparisons, material consumption, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with the R&D team for new raw material trials, allocation of materials, and providing procurement support for product development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on procurement procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying alternatives, improving negotiations, and optimizing procurement processes.

Requirement : 1. Experienced Candidate from Manufacturing Industry

2.Preferance : Male Candidate Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
