Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase cum Procurement Executive to handle sourcing, vendor management, and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, components, and services. Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders. Maintain and update vendor database, price lists, and contract terms. Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with store, accounts, and production departments to understand material requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards. Assist in cost control and budgeting for procurement activities. Prepare and maintain procurement reports and records.
