Purchase Executive

As a Purchasing Officer at AAR Power Solution (APS), you will play a crucial role in the company's operations by researching potential vendors, evaluating offers, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include tracking orders, reviewing product quality, maintaining purchasing records, preparing reports, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse staff. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Experience in the engineering or automation industry would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized purchasing systems is necessary, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires you to be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person at our facility.
