Job Description

MEP JOB OPENING To support the procurement activities for MEP services and materials required for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers. Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for MEP services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components. Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other contractual terms. Place orders for materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP systems, ensuring adherence to budget and project timelines.
