Job Description

As a Purchase Assistant at this manufacturing company, your role will involve assisting in preparing and processing purchase orders. You will be responsible for tracking and following up on pending orders with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials by arranging vehicles as needed. Your coordination skills will be utilized to communicate with suppliers for quotations, samples, and order confirmations. It will be important for you to maintain updated records of supplier contacts and product details, as well as update purchase records and inventory reports. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders - Track and follow up on pending orders with vendors and suppliers - Ensure timely delivery of materials by arranging vehicles as needed - Communicate with suppliers for quotations, samples, and order confirmations - Maintain updated records of supplier contacts and product details - Update purchase records and inventory reports Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Chemical Industry The company values your contribution to the team and offers a negotiable salary ranging from 25000k to 30000k based on your interview performance.
