Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include monitoring stock levels to track current inventory and identify the need for new purchases, conducting vendor research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offers, processing orders by creating and managing purchase orders, negotiating prices and terms with vendors, maintaining positive relationships with existing vendors, managing inventory accuracy, staying informed about market trends for informed purchasing decisions, preparing reports on purchases and related costs. The essential skills required for this position include strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records, effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, negotiation skills for negotiating prices and terms, analytical skills for analyzing market trends and pricing data, time management skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, technical skills in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite, problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving procurement-related issues. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
