share resume at arunima_jalali@jcbl.com/9875990776 LOCATION: Derabassi We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Purchase Executive for our MRO business, specifically someone who has served in the Indian Army’s Ordnance Corps (AOC) . The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of logistics, inventory control, procurement systems, and structured documentation processes used in defense procurement and stores management. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement of MRO items such as consumables, tools, repair parts, and safety equipment. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to quality and compliance standards. Maintain optimal stock levels through coordination with inventory and maintenance teams. Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) , and other procurement documents. Maintain comprehensive records for audit, inspection, and vendor evaluation. Apply AOC-based knowledge in inventory planning, codification, documentation , and asset lifecycle management . Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, and coordinate deliveries to multiple sites if needed.
