As an Executive Purchase and Logistics Trainee at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the purchasing and logistics teams in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory control. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers to understand their requirements, liaising with suppliers to negotiate the best deals, collaborating with project teams to fulfill material requirements, and managing logistics for material movement. You will also assist in procurement tasks such as generating purchase orders, maintaining records, conducting market research, and monitoring inventory levels. To excel in this role, you must possess superb written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous internship or part-time experience in a related field is preferred, along with a proactive attitude towards learning and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
